The Challenge
Fast growth had outpaced modernisation. A new Oracle ERP investment
couldn’t integrate the stocking information the business relied on, and system
failures in overnight restocking created downstream supply and business

orchestrating data across systems via an on-premises agent so stakeholders
had a full, real-time picture of inventory needs. The same orchestration kept
